We provide estimated shipping times but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, consumed, or partially consumed food items. This policy protects all customers and ensures product integrity.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will issue:
• A replacement shipment
